This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in the vacation rental software market. You will identify and engage new clients, build strong relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor. Operating in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver exceptional service. The position allows for professional growth, exposure to international markets, and the chance to contribute to the expansion of innovative technology solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Accountabilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify potential clients.
  • Establish and execute an outbound sales process to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property rental managers and decision-makers.
  • Forecast and report on sales pipeline, activity, and results to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, evaluating needs and proposing solutions that add value.
  • English native speaker; intermediate Spanish is a plus.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience selling software solutions to companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (references may be requested).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to events or headquarters.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Strong desire to grow professionally in a collaborative and international environment.
  • Competitive salary: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience, plus sales-based bonus.
  • Healthcare insurance coverage.
