Committee for Children is seeking a proactive and consultative Account Executive for Education Partnerships in the Northeast, responsible for driving sales of their social-emotional learning programs to K-12 districts.
Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle within a designated territory, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, develop strategic plans to drive new business, and represent the company at industry events.
Skills: 3+ years of sales experience in the edtech industry, proven consultative sales skills, strong knowledge of the PreK–12 education landscape, and proficiency in delivering persuasive presentations.
Qualifications: Experience selling digital educational products and knowledge of funding sources and district decision-making structures in the K-12 sector.
Location: Position is remote with candidates needed from CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA, and VA; based in Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation: $90000 - $110000 / Annually

You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and supporting your districts in meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals.

The annual base pay hiring range for this position is $90,000-110,000 annually, with a target incentive of 25% of base for meeting established sales goals, with an increasing incentive for exceeding goals up to 100% of base pay. Actual base pay takes into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, and internal equity.
