This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and be responsible for ensuring a seamless first-year experience that maximizes customer retention. The position emphasizes consultative selling, strategic relationship-building, and delivering high-value solutions to brokerages outside the enterprise tier. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success, maintain pipeline health, and consistently exceed sales targets. Accountabilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with mid-market brokerages.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Position solutions as high-value offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term success.
  • Manage pipeline effectively to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and high customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data hygiene.
  • Develop deep expertise in products, industry trends, and customer challenges to inform sales strategy.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS, technology, or real estate-related sales.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and align solutions for long-term value.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages or related industries is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
