Team - very high functioning and intelligent group of folks. Since I've started back in early 2022, we've just about doubled in size and leadership has been great to select quality talent. Culture and values - It was made clear during my interviews as well as to this day that culture and values are a top priority here. Leadership has communicated from the beginning that each employee needs to reflect our values and so far this has been true. Leadership - A group of individuals I stand behind when it comes to how they manage and make decisions.
