Sales Development Rep- Hiring Multiple Headcount

Honeycomb is a fast-growing observability platform helping engineering teams understand complex systems. They are looking for multiple Sales Development Representatives to run high-impact outbound motions, create qualified pipeline for Account Executives, and scale repeatable plays across a remote-first revenue development organization.

Skills

  • 1+ years of high-impact outbound SDR/BDR experience in SaaS
  • Consistent SQL/quota attainment and net-new logo generation
  • Expertise with Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, COM, Challenger, or similar qualification frameworks
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline analytics, prioritization, and forecasting
  • Experience coaching peers and improving team performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication suited for remote, asynchronous work

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound cadences (email, call, social, video) to exceed monthly SQL quota
  • Perform deep account and stakeholder research to craft persona-specific value propositions
  • Lead discovery conversations to quantify business impact and set up multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Maintain territory hygiene and data integrity across Salesforce and outreach tools
  • Run A/B tests on messaging and channels; scale winning plays and document results
  • Mentor and enable junior SDRs, providing deal-level coaching
  • Share frontline feedback and competitive intelligence with Product, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Set self-directed stretch goals and maintain top-percentile performance standards

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Open to nontraditional career paths and relevant sales experience in lieu of degree
