Field Sales Representative

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Sales Representative in the United States.

In this role, you will manage and grow partner relationships across an assigned territory, driving sales enablement and engagement programs to generate new business opportunities. You will become the main point of contact for partners, providing product training, onboarding, and ongoing support while collaborating closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations. This position offers a mix of independent field work and cross-functional teamwork, with regular travel to partner sites, and provides an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, innovative company.


  • Accountabilities
  • Own and manage existing branch and partner relationships, driving growth through engagement and enablement programs.
  • Provide product training and onboarding support for new partners.
  • Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly sales and engagement objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing questions, updates, and product information.
  • Organize and host localized community events, presentations, and meetings to foster partner relationships.
  • Travel to partner sites regularly (approximately 1–2 weeks per month) to strengthen engagement and support initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to resolve issues and prioritize initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate updates in partner relationship and customer relationship management systems.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, field sales, or relationship management.
  • Experience managing partnerships in channel sales or business development environments, ideally in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), PRMs (PartnerStack), project management tools (Asana), and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Comfortable traveling for partner visits up to 50% of the time.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
