Community Engagement Contractor-Temp

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between host employers, host families, and seasonal exchange participants, driving community engagement and supporting placement initiatives. You will coordinate events, cultivate new relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure successful exchange experiences. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will leverage your local network, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to expand opportunities and foster positive community impact. This position is temporary but offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to international exchange programs that connect communities and promote cultural understanding.

• Accountabilities
• Introduce prospective host employers to seasonal exchange programs, facilitating new placement opportunities.
• Develop strategies to grow and maintain relationships with host employers and community partners.
• Serve as a community liaison, representing the program and supporting local engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate quarterly community events with host employers, participants, and the program team.
• Support communication and collaboration between participants, employers, and internal teams.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in community engagement, local networking, or relationship management.
• Strong connections with host employers or organizations within your community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with seasonal work programs or international exchange initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration.
