Engineering Program Manager - Fleet Engineering

In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex infrastructure programs across cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of GPU capacity and related systems. You will act as a central point of collaboration, driving process improvements, transparency, and efficiency across multiple teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, balancing strategic program oversight with hands-on operational execution. You will be instrumental in defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, contributing directly to the performance and reliability of large-scale AI and cloud computing infrastructure.

• Accountabilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects from concept through deployment, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Partner with engineering managers to align team expectations, track progress, and implement scalable program frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement automation, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage risks and proactively communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform & Infrastructure, Program Management, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Apply technical expertise in infrastructure technologies including GPUs, lab methodologies, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Requirements:
• 10+ years of infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in program management for large-scale projects, including capital or hyperscaler deployments.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams on complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes to solve complex technical problems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clarity and focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in hyperscaler, high-performance computing, or similar production environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with hybrid hardware deployments, software engineering projects, and product delivery processes is desirable.
