This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in the United States.

This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive technical program manager who thrives at the intersection of security, compliance, and program execution. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and governance teams to operationalize compliance initiatives, manage cross-functional security programs, and ensure alignment with frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and privacy regulations. Acting as a connector between compliance requirements and engineering execution, you will help embed secure-by-design principles into workflows, track program metrics, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational practices, support scalable processes, and contribute directly to product and engineering success. A solutions-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments are key to thriving in this role.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Drive and support compliance-aligned initiatives across product and engineering teams, including tracking control health, evidence management, and assessment readiness.
  • Translate compliance requirements into actionable engineering stories, epics, or acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering and product leads to embed security requirements into development workflows.
  • Maintain dashboards and metrics for control maturity, vulnerabilities, and readiness actions.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews and preparation sessions ahead of external assessments.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, automation, or tooling enhancements.
  • Communicate program status, blockers, and key risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on company-wide compliance and security objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or information security roles.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of secure SDLC, risk management, and cloud security principles.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and privacy regulations, particularly in engineering or product contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience supporting FedRAMP authorization packages and compliance readiness within SaaS or cloud-native environments.
  • Ability to translate compliance activity into business value.
  • Exposure to TPM workflows including sprint management, risk reporting, and dependency tracking.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CISSP) preferred.
  • Benefits:
