The Role:
The Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for securing new enterprise-level partnerships with large school districts, state agencies, and healthcare organizations. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline, negotiating complex multi-year agreements, and closing transformative deals that expand Hazel Health’s reach and impact. Unlike traditional executive leadership roles, this position is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on personal deal execution.
