Business Development Operations Manager

Guardz is a post-Series B cybersecurity startup building an all-in-one Secure & Insure platform for SMBs. We’re seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to own integrations, automation, and analytics across our GTM tech stack and enable a data-driven, high-performance business development motion.

Skills

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or RevOps within an outbound SMB SaaS environment
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience and strong CRM/data model knowledge
  • Experience managing integrations across the sales tech stack via native connectors, middleware (Zapier, Make.com) or APIs
  • Proven analytics ability; familiarity with SQL and Python is an advantage
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management, forecasting and A/B testing
  • Comfort building dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Technical aptitude for scripts, automation, and tool orchestration
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor rep productivity and quota attainment
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene, enrichment, and compliance with company standards
  • Integrate and orchestrate GTM tools (CRM, sales engagement, dialers, enrichment, coaching) using native connectors, middleware, and APIs
  • Support quota and compensation plan creation and maintenance for business development teams
  • Partner with RevOps, SalesOps and MarketingOps to align lead lifecycle and ensure seamless data flow across platforms
  • Drive process efficiency through automation, custom scripts, and API integrations
  • Translate signals from sales and marketing into repeatable plays that improve conversion
  • Enforce correct software usage and accurate reporting by reps
  • Continuously test and adopt new approaches and emerging technologies (including AI) to scale the BizDev motion

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant technical or RevOps certifications a plus
