About the role

As a Field Engineer – Partnerships, you’ll work directly with the world’s most influential technology partners (Google Cloud, Azure etc) to drive adoption of Ray and Anyscale, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will be the strategic link between partner and joint customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technical expertise with business impact. You’ll scope and deliver solutions that showcase the unique value of Anyscale, while shaping how large-scale cloud and AI infrastructure is adopted in the enterprise. By channeling insights from our partners back to our product and engineering teams, you’ll help guide Anyscale’s roadmap and ensure we are solving the most critical challenges faced by the teams who are innovating with AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with key cloud partners and their customers to lead proof-of-value engagements, deployments, and enterprise-scale adoption

  • Translate business objectives into technical solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and strategic impact

  • Develop and deliver high-impact demos, reference architectures, and enablement programs tailored to partner and customer needs

  • Act as a trusted advisor across both technical and executive audiences, ensuring confidence in Anyscale and Ray

  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering to accelerate deals, unblock challenges, and drive long-term success with partners

  • Provide structured feedback from the field to influence Anyscale’s product direction and go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in field engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or software engineering

  • Strong technical foundation with Python, Azure, and AKS and proven ability to apply it to real-world use cases

  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise adoption of complex SaaS, infrastructure, or ML/AI solutions

  • Experience engaging both executive and technical stakeholders, with the ability to tailor communication to each audience

  • A customer-first mindset with a record of delivering measurable business impact

  • Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended time embedded with partners and customers
