This role offers the opportunity to act as a technical bridge between prospective customers and the sales organization, helping guide qualified leads through the buying process while ensuring confidence in their decision to adopt the platform. As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for delivering custom technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams. You will leverage your technical expertise to address complex use cases, articulate solutions clearly, and contribute to the growth of premium accounts. The position is dynamic, combining client-facing interactions with technical problem-solving, and provides the chance to influence both sales strategy and customer success.
