Skills: Strong background in HR management, ability to interpret and communicate policies, effective data analysis, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: 4-year degree in Business/Human Resources preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus; proven experience in HR management.
Location: This position is based in the United States with no specified travel requirements.
Compensation: $115000 - $140000 / Annually

This important role will be focused on operational oversight of our HR systems, support, compliance and policies to align and support our employees. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and familiarity with regulations and best practices on a national scale. The HR Operations Manager will be the subject matter expert in interpreting, facilitating and streamlining our internal policies and have a passion for leading a dynamic team. This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.

The typical base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 plus variable pay per year.
