Enablement Director

Garner Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on improving care quality and reducing costs through a novel performance and incentives model. We are seeking an experienced Enablement Director to build and run sales and account management training, change-management, onboarding, and certification programs that accelerate rep performance and support strategic product and tool rollouts.

Skills

  • Proven sales enablement and training program design experience
  • Change-management and rollout expertise
  • Experience building onboarding and certification programs
  • Comfort managing LMS and content repositories
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven mindset to define and track KPIs and impact
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions and quota-carrying experience
  • Experience in health insurance or healthcare payor space preferred
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams
  • Create rollout, training, certification, and QA programs for product launches, new tools, and strategic initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding including pre-recorded content, live sessions, and live certification
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align messaging, workflows, and tools
  • Manage enablement content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories
  • Define, track, and report KPIs measuring enablement effectiveness (e.g., ramp time, win rates)
  • Continuously iterate programs to minimize disruption while driving adoption and performance

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's or other advanced degree preferred
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
