Responsibilities: Build relationships with school and district leaders, generate new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and represent the company at regional events to promote literacy solutions.
Skills: 3+ years of experience in educational leadership, strong communication skills, understanding of literacy and the science of reading, ability to sell and pitch programs effectively.
Qualifications: Experience as a principal, assistant principal, curriculum director, or instructional coach, with a background in foundational literacy.
Location: Fully remote role with occasional travel required in Ohio and Kentucky.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $75,000 - $120,000.
