Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market - job 1 of 3

Fetch is a consumer rewards platform that connects brands and shoppers, delivering more than $1B in rewards to users. The Senior Account Manager will own mid-market client relationships, drive retention and growth, and use AI-enabled tools and data-driven workflows to deliver clear, actionable insights and high-quality campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow client partnerships, positioning Fetch as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Lead partner calls, manage touchpoints, and ensure timely follow-ups so clients feel supported.
  • Manage onboarding and campaign setup for new clients and brands using standardized workflows and templates.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reporting, wrap reports, QBR decks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with sales, implementation, and analytics teams to troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and dashboards to detect trends, forecast performance, and surface optimization opportunities.
  • Manage revenue actualizations, billing processes, and ensure accurate financial records.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
