Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise

Chainguard secures the software supply chain with guarded open source software and products used by organizations from startups to Fortune 500s. They are seeking an experienced, technically proficient Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sales enterprise customer relationships, drive onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion, and act as the customer's advocate across internal teams.

Skills

  • 5+ years in enterprise-facing customer success, TAM, professional services, or technical account management.
  • Domain knowledge in supply chain security, DevSecOps, AppSec, containers, vulnerability management or related fields.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux/container ecosystems.
  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills up to C-level.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation plans for new enterprise customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building relationships across technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption, time-to-value, renewals and expansion while minimizing churn risks.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects, Support, Product and Engineering to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver customer training and enablement in collaboration with the Edu team.
  • Act as customer advocate internally, surfacing feedback and influencing product and roadmap decisions.
  • Proactively identify and de-risk escalations and determine when to engage executive stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications (security, cloud) are a plus but not required.
