Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Performance Management Systems, Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources, or related field, plus at least 3 years of experience with LMS and PMS programs, preferably Cornerstone.
Location: This position is located in Novi, MI, US, requiring no travel.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $85,000.

The position would also work in a team, as a partner to management and an advocate for employees, to ensure the needs of the business are effectively and efficiently balanced with regulatory requirements, the competitive market landscape and employee retention needs.
