About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across our GTM organization. This person will partner with Sales, Partnerships, and SDR Leadership to drive process consistency, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.
You’ll act as the strategic operator behind the revenue engine by supporting daily execution while ensuring leadership has the insights, reporting, and infrastructure to make data-driven decisions. This role is highly cross-functional and plays a critical part in shaping how we plan, measure, and optimize growth. This role reports to the director of RevOps.
What You’ll Do:
● Forecasting & Pipeline Management
● Own the company’s sales forecast cadence in partnership with the CRO and VP of Sales
● Deliver actionable analysis on pipeline coverage, velocity, and conversion health
● Identify risk and opportunity areas across New Business and Expansion motions.
● GTM Planning & Execution
● Support annual and quarterly planning processes including quota setting, territory design, and capacity modeling.
● Partner with Finance and Leadership on scenario modeling and goal attainment tracking.
● Reporting & Insights
● Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot, Google Sheets and other tools to provide visibility into pipeline, productivity, and revenue performance
● Prepare board-level reporting and executive summaries highlighting key performance trends.
● Cross-Functional Partnership
● Collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, and Partnerships teams to streamline processes and drive accountability.
● Partner with Marketing and Customer Success operations on funnel alignment, attribution, and expansion strategies.
● Process Optimization
● Evaluate and improve the end-to-end sales process, from lead routing to closed-won.
● Drive consistency and compliance across forecasting, deal hygiene, and CRM adoption.
● Sales Enablement & Support
● Maintain training materials, playbooks, and dashboards that empower AEs and SDRs to hit their targets.
● Partner with Enablement to track ramp times, activity SLAs, and performance benchmarks.
● Systems & Tools
● Serve as the HubSpot CRM SME and system administrator.
● Evaluate and integrate tools across the GTM stack including Gong, Trumpet, PandaDoc, and data enrichment platforms.
● Ensure data accuracy, process adoption, and reporting reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
● 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights.
● Deep knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
● Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.
● Experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and GTM processes that scale with growth.
