Universal Energy Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team in Tinley Park, IL. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of our mission to promote eco-friendly energy solutions, engaging directly with customers to help them understand and appreciate the benefits of our renewable energy products.

Your primary objective will be to inform and excite potential B2B customers about our solar energy and other renewable products.

As the face of Universal Energy Solutions, we are looking for individuals who are not only knowledgeable about energy solutions but also possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. If you are passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a B2B sales setting to introduce and promote our renewable energy offerings.
  • Educate customers about solar energy solutions and their benefits.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about energy-saving options.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for customers seeking deeper discussions about energy solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with store teams to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to enhance customer education efforts.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
