Partner Alliance Manager

CloudWerx (CWX) is an engineering-focused cloud consulting firm built in Silicon Valley that helps enterprises architect, migrate, optimize, secure, and reduce costs in cloud environments. We are seeking a Partner Alliance Manager to own and accelerate our strategic partnership with Google Cloud, drive co-sell revenue, manage vendor and event relationships, support sales operations (including SFDC), and enable cross-functional GTM motions.

Skills

  • 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or biz-dev within B2B SaaS or cloud technology
  • Deep, practical knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform and Google partner program
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, dashboards, and pipeline management
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive engagement
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-facing selling experience and ability to articulate technical value propositions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with Google Cloud stakeholders (PDMs, sales teams) to drive partnership outcomes.
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive sourced and influenced revenue via co-sell and co-marketing activities.
  • Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationships for event and marketing vendors to amplify market presence.
  • Own day-to-day management of the Google Cloud relationship and coordinate with internal leads on strategic negotiations.
  • Partner with sales operations to maintain SFDC health: build and optimize reports, dashboards, and workflows to track partnership KPIs.
  • Participate in customer-facing joint selling motions and represent CWX in partner and prospect meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and sales teams to enable sellers and ensure partnership success.
  • Travel approximately 20% for onsite meetings and key events.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in cloud technologies (GCP) or sales operations are a plus
