We’re looking for a high-performance Sales Development Representative to join Assistant Launch, an AI-first company that pairs world-class Executive Assistants with high-growth founders.
Your mission is clear: create qualified meetings that show within 72 hours. You’ll run a data-backed appointment engine, owning response speed, qualification, and show rate optimization.
This role goes beyond booking calls. You’ll operate like a systems builder, turning attention into action with precision, measurable outcomes, and clean CRM execution.
Success in the first 3–6 months means:
Consistently booking qualified meetings that show within 72 hours
Maintaining 100% CRM accuracy and fast lead response (<5 minutes)
Sustaining 60–80 touches/day and 20–30 new opens/day
Demonstrating mastery in discovery, disqualification, and speed-to-lead
Lead Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound conversations across Instagram DMs, text platforms, and cold email to convert interest into meetings.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects; maintain lead lists with up-to-date information.
Scheduling: Prioritize same-day or next-day bookings; ensure all calls are scheduled within a 4-day window.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records in Close CRM, documenting every field and qualification detail.
Follow-Up Cadence: Execute 5+ follow-ups per lead before disqualification.
Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Reporting: Track and report daily activity metrics to management.
5+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or outbound roles with measurable booking and show rate targets
Proven track record in speed-to-lead operations and high-volume multi-touch cadences
Strong conversational and discovery skills, confidently qualifying or disqualifying prospects
Excellent written and verbal English (C1–C2 level)
Comfortable working across North/South American time zones
Expert-level CRM usage (Close or similar) with consistent data hygiene
Experience selling or booking for founder/executive-level buyers
Success working with $2–3K/month service offers
Background in AI-driven or systemized sales environments

Compensation: Base salary + performance incentives (USD)
