Account Executive - Mid Market

Go1 is a global EdTech leader on a mission to maximize the potential of people by delivering comprehensive learning content and analytics. We're seeking an Account Executive to drive Mid Market growth across the Northeast U.S., build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and design tailored learning solutions that align with customer strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is consultative, quota-driven, bilingual (French/English), and experienced selling SaaS or L&D solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Skills

  • Proven consultative selling and solution design skills
  • Experience selling SaaS or L&D products into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management with senior leaders
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and sales operations discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop pipeline within assigned Mid Market Northeast territory
  • Engage senior stakeholders to assess L&D needs and design customised learning solutions
  • Execute consultative sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and content teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention
  • Manage forecasts, CRM updates, contract paperwork, and sales reporting
  • Achieve and exceed quota and revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to stakeholder needs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Preferred: background in Business, HR, Education, or related field
