As the Head of Partnerships focused on agencies, you’ll lead and scale our relationships across creative, media, and digital networks that shape how brands use AI. Based in New York, you’ll drive Profound’s partner strategy — building deep, trusted relationships with agency leaders while also managing and growing the team responsible for our agency partnerships. Own and expand relationships across holding companies, agency networks, and independent shops that power the world’s biggest brands.
Develop partnership frameworks that drive joint value — spanning commercial deals, platform integrations, and co-marketing initiatives.
Work closely with executive leadership to define Profound’s agency partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and GTM goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to build playbooks, messaging, and joint narratives that resonate with agency partners.
Represent Profound externally at industry events, panels, and summits — positioning the company as a category leader in AI governance and brand integrity.
Help build and scale the partnerships function, shaping culture, process, and strategy as we deepen our footprint across the agency ecosystem.
A senior partnerships or business development leader with experience leading teams and building programs that drive measurable commercial impact.
Deep experience working with agencies, holding companies, or marketing ecosystems — and a clear understanding of how they partner with emerging technology companies.
Skilled in navigating complex organizations and aligning multi-stakeholder initiatives that deliver mutual value.

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square office, designed for leaders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 – $220,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
