Senior Account Executive

FORT Robotics builds safety, connectivity, and remote-control solutions for industrial and autonomous machines. We are hiring two Senior Account Executives to own Eastern and Western U.S. territories, combining territory leadership and strategic account management to grow revenue with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise end users across robotics, automation, construction, agriculture, defense, and warehousing.

Skills

  • Proven track record selling integrated hardware + software solutions to OEMs, integrators, or enterprise customers
  • Strong territory planning, pipeline development, and strategic account management
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, technical sales cycles and selling to executive and technical buyers
  • Consistent quota attainment in complex sales environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and sales analytics tools
  • Comfortable with independent, self-directed field sales and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Own all sales activities for an assigned region (East or West), balancing new business development and expansion of existing accounts
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit bookings and revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers
  • Manage and grow key strategic accounts to drive deeper adoption of FORT’s safety, connectivity, and control solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor regional campaigns and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide monthly reporting and forecasting on regional pipeline and performance
  • Represent FORT at regional and national industry events and trade shows
  • Travel ~30–40% within the assigned region and periodically to Philadelphia HQ

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
  • Relevant industry certifications or continued professional development in sales/automation a plus
