Director of Partnerships

Compliancy Group delivers tech-enabled services and software that help small and midsized medical practices meet ongoing healthcare compliance requirements. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Partnerships to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem—driving new partner acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and developing repeatable programs that accelerate growth.

Skills

  • Proven business development and partner acquisition experience
  • Strong relationship management and partner enablement skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capability to define and track KPIs
  • Experience designing and running partner programs
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Comfort operating in a lean environment and managing budgets carefully
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Self-starter who can execute independently and scale processes

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new strategic partnerships aligned with company goals.
  • Build a scalable partner acquisition framework (outreach, evaluation criteria, incentives, onboarding, measurement).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to align partnership opportunities with company objectives.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key partners and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide ongoing support, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Act as partner advocate internally, relaying feedback into product and service development.
  • Define partnership strategy and target markets, manage partner engagement budget, and optimize relationship positioning (referral, re-sell, co-sell).
  • Establish measurable goals, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide future team members and contribute to building a high-performance partnerships function.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, compliance, or regulated industries is strongly preferred
