NeuraFlash is a leading AI and Salesforce innovation partner building cutting-edge solutions including Agentforce, conversational AI, and predictive analytics. We're seeking a quota-carrying Salesforce Account Executive focused on Consumer Business Services (CBS) to drive new logo acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate closely with Salesforce partners and internal teams to scale AI-powered engagements.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise software sales track record selling into large CBS accounts
  • Experience selling both services and software end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including channel partnerships
  • Ability to sell complex technology solutions and manage multi-stakeholder deals
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with up to 25% travel and a remote/hybrid work model

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from lead qualification to close and account care, driving new logo acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Partner tightly with Salesforce Sales and Customer Success teams (Core AEs & SEs) within CBS to co-sell and align on opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and executive leadership to pursue strategic market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, lead follow-up, and sales activity in Salesforce
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by providing timely, consultative responses and solutions
  • Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce certifications and product knowledge

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant sales or technical certifications (Salesforce certifications encouraged)
  • Ongoing professional development and sales training
