Sales Executive

Common Thread Collective (CTC) is a growth-focused agency building the next generation of ecommerce brands. They are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to drive topline growth by closing high-value net-new deals, managing complex sales cycles, and fostering executive-level client relationships while partnering across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

Skills

  • Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals and meet quota
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales analytics
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • eCommerce analytics familiarity (Shopify, Triple Whale, Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Expert negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
  • Full-cycle outbound selling and strategic prospecting capabilities
  • Excellent consultative communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly net-new business targets
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for high-value deals
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Conduct executive-level relationship building with VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate deal cycles and ensure smooth handoffs to account teams
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to inform outreach and sales strategy
  • Lead negotiations and finalize proposals/contracts to secure profitable outcomes
  • Continuously refine sales processes using performance analytics and feedback

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework/certifications in sales, marketing, or business is a plus
  • Proven track record may substitute for formal education requirements

Benefits

  • Base salary $90,000 - $110,000 with OTE $180,000 - $200,000
  • 401(k) program with 3% company match (post 90 days)
