RVP, Sales West

Unframe is a Blueprint-led platform that helps enterprises deploy production-grade AI applications quickly and securely. We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and lead our West Coast enterprise sales organization, driving $1M+ ACV enterprise wins across technology, media, and manufacturing customers.

  • Experience selling AI/ML, data platforms, or automation solutions
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Pipeline building and forecasting
  • Cross-functional collaboration and GTM alignment
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and coach a regional team of Strategic Account Executives with a focus on enterprise deal management and discovery excellence.
  • Define regional pipeline priorities and prospecting motions across large enterprise accounts.
  • Coach teams to engage multi-stakeholder buying groups, including C-suite, product, and innovation leaders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align the full customer lifecycle.
  • Represent Unframe in West Coast enterprise and partner ecosystems to establish market presence.
  • Inform pricing, product positioning, and GTM narratives based on regional insights.
  • Travel for customer meetings, executive sessions, QBRs, and industry events (approx. 30–40%).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
