Talent Sourcer

Cadwell is expanding and seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and attract high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, job advertising, interview coordination, and partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to support recruiting across the organization.

Skills

  • Proven sourcing and proactive outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn and use recruiting tools quickly (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Partner with HR leadership on compensation guidance and rate discussions
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies appropriate to each role and market
  • Manage job posting, advertising, and candidate outreach (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
  • Execute proactive outreach campaigns to build qualified pipelines
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and selection materials
  • Attend and conduct interviews alongside managers and stakeholders as needed
  • Coordinate interview logistics, candidate travel arrangements, and offer processes with recruiters
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Participate in college job fairs and external recruiting events
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment systems

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
  • Relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • PHR or SHRM-CP credential preferred (can substitute for 1 year of experience/education)
