Talent Management Program Coordinator

IEM is a large, independent manufacturer of custom power distribution systems serving data centers, infrastructure, healthcare, and industrial markets. The Talent Management Program Coordinator will support design, coordination, and delivery of onboarding, early-career development, employee engagement, recognition, and program operations—partnering with HR, business leaders, and facilitators to improve new-hire integration and ongoing talent development.

  • Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with metrics/analysis
  • Content and curriculum development
  • Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive 90-day onboarding program and supporting tools.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and functional leaders to align onboarding with company values and safety standards.
  • Create manager toolkits, guides, and onboarding resources to ensure consistent new-hire experiences.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure onboarding and program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
  • Manage onboarding and learning technology platforms and integrations with HRIS/IT systems.
  • Coordinate entry-level and rotational development programs, including materials and facilitator support.
  • Support employee engagement surveys: coordination, data collection, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Manage and evolve employee recognition programs and train managers on recognition best practices.
  • Maintain program lifecycle plans, detailed project schedules, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support reporting and data analysis for talent programs and key people processes (performance cycles, development planning).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Business Administration, or related field
