Looking for a Recruitment/HR Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and assist with HR generalist functions, enhancing employee experience through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment cycle, maintain candidate communications, assist in HR generalist duties, support onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Skills: Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS (preferably UKG), and advanced Excel capabilities.
Qualifications: preferred Bachelor's in HR or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in HR and 1 year in full-cycle recruitment.
Location: Position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota with no remote option specified.
Compensation: $58000 - $65000 / Annually
