Are you a strategic change leader ready to drive transformation in a dynamic IT environment? Trissential is hiring an IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to join our client’s team in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology—and is passionate about enabling successful adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of OCM strategies for large-scale IT initiatives
  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement
  • Design and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Coach leaders and managers to support change efforts across the organization

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, specifically within IT or digital transformation projects
  • Proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with change frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools like Workday, VNDLY, or similar platforms

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prosci or other OCM certification
  • Experience working with utility or energy sector clients
  • Exposure to Agile or SAFe environments
  • Background in training development or instructional design

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred
