- Originate leads for Sales teams.
- Negotiate salaries and employment terms; manage full recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist candidates through onboarding.
- Maintain communication with hired employees.
- Meet activity level expectations using defined metrics.
- Communicate clearly to foster a positive work environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
