Talent Acquisition Specialist

M9 Solutions specializes in IT services for the Federal Government, focusing on digital transformation and technical staffing. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and recruit technical candidates for federal IT roles.

Skills

  • Experience recruiting federal IT technical staff.
  • Recruiting for ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.
  • Recruiting W2 hourly and salaried technical candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work with urgency and self-motivation.
  • Recruiting candidates with various security clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified technical candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and networks.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and support Sales teams.
  • Provide candidates with accurate information about M9 and job opportunities.
  • Originate leads for Sales teams.
  • Negotiate salaries and employment terms; manage full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist candidates through onboarding.
  • Maintain communication with hired employees.
  • Meet activity level expectations using defined metrics.
  • Communicate clearly to foster a positive work environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
