Description

Unica Enterprises LLC (Unica) is  seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our CEO and COO with daily business and personal administrative tasks. This role will also work closely with our HR Generalist to help keep HR operations organized and running smoothly. From HR paperwork to calendar management and errands, you’ll play an essential part in supporting both our leadership team and our employees.


Human Resources Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist on day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee file maintenance, and HR database updates.
  • Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and help conduct orientations.
  • Respond to routine employee questions about HR policies, benefits, PTO, and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.

Personal & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for the CEO and COO.
  • Organize travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.
  • Run local errands and handle personal administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with planning company meetings, events, and employee activities.
  • Draft correspondence and handle communications on behalf of leadership.

Requirements


  • Ideal for candidates about to graduate or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of administrative, HR support, or personal/executive assistant experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, small business environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in Paylocity preferred.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities are a must.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands (if needed).

Compensation:

  • $23/hour, full-time, non-exempt
  • Monday – Friday with flexibility as needed
  • Eligible for paid time off and company benefits
