- Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Zoom, Teams, Monday.com
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for bi-annual review cycles
- Support data collection, analysis, and distribution of performance review information
- Organize, analyze, and visualize performance data to enable insight-driven decisions
- Translate performance data into actionable insights to inform strategy
- Support performance management tool and process evolution
- Monitor and refresh performance criteria with Talent Development Team
- On-board new hires on performance management and coaching processes
- Support career pathing, coaching, retention, learning and development initiatives
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in processes
- Manage and oversee Talent Development portal
- Assist on ad-hoc projects
Education
- 1+ year experience in Human Resources
- Experience in professional services, marketing, or creative agency preferred
