Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and social events on weekends.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Provide administrative support in project tracking and status updates over the weekend.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for weekend events.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Help with scheduling client calls and appointments during weekend hours.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Availability to work exclusively on weekends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
