Account Manager Level 3

Bloomerang is a mission-driven SaaS company that helps nonprofits raise, recruit, and retain more through a purpose-built giving platform and outstanding support. We're seeking a quota-carrying Account Manager who combines a hunter mentality for identifying expansion opportunities with a farmer mindset for building long-term client relationships and driving measurable revenue from existing accounts.

Skills

  • Proven quota-carrying sales or account expansion experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Expertise in prospecting and pipeline management
  • Comfort delivering demos and consultative presentations
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM tools
  • Ability to qualify leads using BANT or similar frameworks
  • Organizational skills and timely follow-up discipline
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the full expansion sales cycle within assigned accounts, from prospecting to close.
  • Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and uncover expansion potential.
  • Prospect into accounts to find decision-makers and set discovery meetings.
  • Qualify leads using BANT criteria and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Communicate product value and stay current on SaaS features and industry trends.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track activities, follow-ups, and revenue goals.

Education

  • No specific degree required; equivalent professional experience accepted
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
