(Job RF -1115) Enterprise Acquisition Executive

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive

Overview:
A key role in rapidly expanding our business with existing, high-potential customers and acquiring new logos. You will master the entire sales process, using creative prospecting skills to broaden our reach. You will work through complex, strategic sales cycles to deliver outcomes for our customers and our company. We are seeking an out-of-the-box thinker who is insatiably curious and relentlessly driven to win.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space accounts and accounts with existing spend, from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
  • Research and understand customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives to align our value proposition.
  • Master and consistently apply the company sales framework to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner and collaborate with business development reps, customer success, field marketing, product teams, and sales engineers.
  • Own and lead the entire complex sales cycle and buying process within large enterprise accounts.
  • Travel to meet with customers in person to advance partnerships and sales cycles.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experiences

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling a complex SaaS solution to enterprise clients.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+.
  • Proven success in navigating and closing six-figure deals ($200k+) in complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to senior leaders (C-Suite, technology executives, talent leaders) in large enterprises.
  • Proven hunter skills with a passion for and success in securing new logos.
  • Expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, and building/managing a pipeline.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience. Edtech experience is a plus.

Other

  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similar value-based selling framework.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Travel expectations differ by role and can be up to 30%.
