We're looking for a results-driven intern to optimize our sales and partnerships operations, focusing on process automation and client satisfaction. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring perfect client-coach matches, developing automation strategies for enhanced customer experiences, and providing critical market intelligence to drive business growth. What you'll be doing:
Match clients to best-fit coaches and ensure exceptional coaching experiences
Develop automation strategies to streamline partnership and sales customer journeys
Support sales and partnerships teams with research, optimization, and process improvements
Analyze data to identify coach supply gaps and communicate insights to leadership
Build scalable partnership strategies and coach recruitment initiatives
Monitor key metrics and create dashboards that drive data-informed decisions
Collaborate across teams to optimize operations for rapid business growth
Your skills & experience:
Previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment including Sales Operations, Business Development, Consulting, Customer Success, or Marketplace Operations
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and understand customer journey optimization
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using analytics tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Proven research and market analysis capabilities, comfortable synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across sales, partnerships, and operations teams
Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, or marketplace operations preferred
A detail-oriented, customer-centric mindset with passion for operational excellence and process optimization
