Sales & Partnerships Operations Intern

We're looking for a results-driven intern to optimize our sales and partnerships operations, focusing on process automation and client satisfaction. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring perfect client-coach matches, developing automation strategies for enhanced customer experiences, and providing critical market intelligence to drive business growth. If you're passionate about customer success, data-driven operations, and helping build scalable sales processes at a fast-growing startup, we'd love to chat.

What you'll be doing:

  • Match clients to best-fit coaches and ensure exceptional coaching experiences

  • Develop automation strategies to streamline partnership and sales customer journeys

  • Support sales and partnerships teams with research, optimization, and process improvements

  • Analyze data to identify coach supply gaps and communicate insights to leadership

  • Build scalable partnership strategies and coach recruitment initiatives

  • Monitor key metrics and create dashboards that drive data-informed decisions

  • Collaborate across teams to optimize operations for rapid business growth

Your skills & experience:

  • Previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment including Sales Operations, Business Development, Consulting, Customer Success, or Marketplace Operations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and understand customer journey optimization

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using analytics tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

  • Proven research and market analysis capabilities, comfortable synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across sales, partnerships, and operations teams

  • Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, or marketplace operations preferred

  • A detail-oriented, customer-centric mindset with passion for operational excellence and process optimization
