Technical Recruiter, Intelligence Systems

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building AI-powered, autonomous systems to transform military capabilities. The team seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for intelligence and engineering hires across multiple U.S. locations on a 6-month contract, partnering closely with hiring managers to source, qualify, and close top technical talent.

Skills

  • 6+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles, closing engineering talent
  • 4+ years client interaction working with hiring managers and directors
  • Strong understanding of technical skills for engineering positions
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, Gem, and other sourcing tools
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS
  • Experience with interview techniques, screening methods, and candidate funnel management
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate findings into actionable narratives

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and manage a high volume of technical candidates while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Partner with hiring managers and directors to define hiring needs and influence talent strategy
  • Embed with teams to understand product, technical roadmap, and culture to effectively pitch opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report pipeline and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies, referral programs, and process improvements to scale hiring
  • Act as subject matter expert on prospecting techniques, web-scraping, automation, and candidate management tools
  • Conduct interviews and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios through effective screening
  • Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, Gem, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and serve as an ambassador for DEI efforts
  • Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience with proactive communication throughout the process

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS) a plus
