Sr. People Strategy Partner

Hippo is a modern insurtech on a mission to protect the joy of homeownership by delivering tailored insurance and preventative services through an intuitive experience. The Senior People Strategy Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to mid- and senior-level leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and change management across high-growth business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to mid-level and senior leaders, influencing business and people strategy to enable growth and transformation
  • Drive culture of high performance, accountability, and alignment with company values
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate needs, proactively solve people challenges, and co-create organizational strategies
  • Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including workforce and succession planning, and change management
  • Coach executives and managers to build leadership capability and manager effectiveness
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to design and implement scalable people programs
  • Guide senior managers on complex employee relations matters with fair, compliant practices
  • Translate people data and insights into strategic recommendations to improve engagement and retention
  • Champion initiatives that build belonging, morale, and employee experience, and measure progress

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, MBA or related field preferred
