Join Amazon's Benefits Experience & Technology Team (BXT), and help make a difference for all Amazonians! The Sr. Benefits Administrator for My HR Live Support Team provides Benefits specific assistance to Amazon employees in the form of accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels via phone, chat, My HR Case, and ticket. The Benefits Team primarily exists to connect employees with content and data not available through intuitive self-service, and to intake process defects and workflow these to relevant resolution teams.

We are currently looking for a Sr. Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits Center team. The Sr. Benefits Administrator is a subject matter expert who specializes in benefits which includes Health & Wellness (medical, vision, dental), additional life benefits (life insurance, additional Amazon sponsored benefits), and financial benefits (retirement and stock). They will be responsible for assisting internal customers (employees), and have the highest level of specialized knowledge within these areas. The Sr. Benefits Administrator demonstrates ownership by ensuring all benefit inquiries are resolved on first contact and escalate unresolved inquires in a timely fashion to our specialized BXT team when necessary.

Basic Qualifications

- 1-3 years of working in Benefits and/or Human Resources role / Contact center environment
- Experience working within a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ months of My HR Live Support experience.
- Detail oriented with ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in providing consultation and guidance on human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced college education in a related field included but not limited to; Human Resources, Business Administration or Organization Development.
- Experience dealing with customers and exceptional use of empathy skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standard.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $20.34/hr up to $35.58/hr. The National base pay for this position ranges from $18.27/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $39.13/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
