This role is designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership positions within our company. You will gain hands-on experience in various departments, receive structured training, and work closely with senior leaders to develop your managerial and strategic skills.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership training program covering multiple business functions.
Collaborate with managers and team leaders to learn daily operations and decision-making processes.
Analyze business challenges and contribute ideas for improvement and innovation.
Lead small projects under supervision to develop problem-solving and leadership skills.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
Demonstrate adaptability and initiative while rotating across departments.
