Hype Tier is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in targeted markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

  • Track and report progress using CRM systems and provide insights to improve sales processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
