Speaker Acquisition Executive

Our client is a premier company specializing in helping leaders and innovators grow their brand through high-leverage speaking engagements. They help clients book impactful speaking opportunities at podcasts, summits, conferences, and niche events. By partnering with top industry professionals, they empower speakers to expand their audience and increase their revenue potential.

Location:
Remote (9 AM - 6 PM EST), work-from-home

Role Overview:
Your mission is to secure high-leverage speaking engagements for clients, whether paid gigs or free stages with significant lead generation potential. You will have all the tools and resources you need to succeed, including training, templates, and systems. What we need is someone who is hungry, motivated, and ready to work them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Prospecting:

    • Build and maintain a Dream 100 list of targeted stages across podcasts, summits, conferences, and niche events.

  • Stage Outreach:

    • Use pre-built email templates and outreach scripts to pitch speakers to decision-makers and meeting planners.

  • Stage Booking:

    • Follow up, close opportunities, and secure confirmed stage appearances aligned with client strategy.

  • Manage Speaker Assets:

    • Use ready-made speaker pages, reels, bios, and decks to position clients with excellence.

  • CRM & Reporting:

    • Track all outreach, conversations, stage progress, and outcomes using established tools and workflows.

  • Collaborate with Clients:

    • Understand each speaker’s ideal audience, business model, and goals to tailor outreach accordingly.

  • Optimize and Improve:

    • Identify new outreach strategies, refine processes, and share insights across the team.

You’re a Fit If You...

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, PR, event booking, or business development.

  • Are a natural problem-solver who finds ways to win even when the answer is “no.”

  • Are confident writing professional, clear, and persuasive emails to cold contacts.

  • Thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment where ownership is expected.

  • Are naturally organized and can juggle follow-ups, calendars, and communication with ease.

  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable in tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, Google Suite, Slack, and prospecting software.

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Booking or pitching speakers

  • Submitting speaker applications or handling event coordination

  • Podcast booking or agency work

  • Copywriting or light marketing automation
