Enablement Partner, Lead - AMER

GitLab is a global open-core software company building an AI-powered DevSecOps platform used by thousands of organizations. The Enablement Partner Lead (AMER) will design and deliver scalable sales and partner enablement programs across the Americas, working cross-functionally with field leadership, sales teams, and partners to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and revenue outcomes.

Skills

  • Proven sales enablement or software sales experience with measurable impact
  • Experience building relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Comfort working with sales enablement technology and CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences of varying technical expertise
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Project and change management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps and open source ecosystems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales and partner enablement programs tailored to AMER field and channel needs
  • Partner with AMER field leadership to assess needs, build plans, and customize content for markets and teams
  • Create enablement content and curriculum (product knowledge, onboarding, skill development, leadership development)
  • Collaborate with content, operations, and subject-matter experts to develop core sales training and resources
  • Align enablement activities with product releases, campaigns, and industry events
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and other tools to deliver training and educate AMER on tooling usage
  • Produce job aids, supporting materials, and assessments to measure and improve field effectiveness
  • Measure program effectiveness and report on enablement investments and outcomes
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the sales learning experience and innovate delivery methods

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in sales enablement, training, or related fields considered a plus
