- 2+ years sourcing Data and Machine Learning roles
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and candidate data hygiene
- Strong Boolean/search and sourcing techniques
- Ability to build and present recruiting metrics and pipeline reports
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and recruiters
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage passive talent for data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, and data platform engineers
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and manage candidate flow
- Maintain high data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Track and report candidate pipeline, funnel metrics, and recruiting performance to stakeholders
- Design and implement role-specific sourcing strategies for the Data & ML market
- Recommend and help implement improvements to recruiting processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant coursework or training in recruiting, HR, or data/tech domains is a plus
