- Proven experience as HR Business Partner or senior People Operations professional
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and compliance
- Experience designing and scaling onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes
- Ability to coach leaders and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating across multiple ventures simultaneously
- Experience with people data/analytics to inform decisions and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic HR partner to leaders on org design, team dynamics, performance, and talent planning
- Coach leaders through sensitive people situations and values-aligned decision making
- Design and manage scalable processes for onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day people operations
- Partner on compensation alignment and maintain process consistency across the studio and ventures
- Manage the PEO relationship to ensure compliant, high-quality employee experiences
- Analyze people data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities and share actionable insights
- Collaborate with Marketing on employer brand alignment with internal culture
- Support early-stage ventures with role design, team formation, feedback loops, and foundational people practices
- Contribute to the evolution of consistent policies, tools, and documentation across the studio
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) is a plus
